Beautifully remodeled apartment, good location, good communication on how to enter the building/apartment

Great location near the salt mines and a short train ride away from Salzburg: the hotel provides you with the train tickets and the train station us just across the street. The hotel is entirely renovated, clean, very kind staff and a restaurant and bar with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good with everything necessary. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with a very nice view. The spa is small but has all you need and is opened upon request. It was also a great experience. We hope to return soon!

Everything was as good as what you would expect from a Bavarian quality hotel. Traditional German, meaning excellent, breakfast with lots of fruits. This is important in a hiking trip. 8-year old especially liked the indoor pool.

Everything about this stay was warm and inviting. We immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The facility is wonderful—quaint, charming, clean, and a great location nestled in the Alps, near Salzburg and Berchesgaden. There is a good restaurant on site, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and helped us with our sightseeing plans.

The most incredible view from the patio!!!!! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast on the patio each morning was lovely and the dinners were very good as well. All in all a very pleasant stay and good value. Would certainly chose them again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have needed for our family during our stay (crib, changing pad, toddler toilet, baby bath for our kids), fully stocked kitchen, all the amenities! We had access to the pool, garden and barn to see the animals but our stay was so short we didn’t make it there. We hope to return and use it all!

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet, yet central to all our sightseeing locations. 25 Minutes to Salzburg, 25 Minutes to the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine, 25 Minutes to the Ice Cave and Fortress Hohenwerfen. Gerhard was super welcoming and informative about the area. The property is beautifully landscaped with amazing views all around. The huge field behind the house was great for kids play, walking, spotting animals, or have a glass of wine while watching a sunset in the mountains. There was camping chairs, a bbq grill, toys, fans in every room, and the list goes on. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The air quality is undoubtedly the best possible. We wish we could have moved into this beautiful vacation home for good. It will be difficult going back to our concrete plastered city live. Thank you Gerhard and family for this wonderful stay!

The property is Beautiful. Communication with the owner was great. The house is laid out perfectly for a family. Sauna and whirlpool are great bonuses. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect as we were able to put the family chef to work for meals 😁. I would highly recommend. Close proximity Salzburg and Salt Mine Tours. Would welcome the opportunity to stay here again!

It was close to the center of the village with just a short walk to get there. Really close to the train station and had a park close by too.

Location was excellent, staff very kind and friendly, hospitality great.

Comfortably situated, with the most lovely garden for morning coffee, or whenever. Very quiet neighborhood. Hallein was a great jumping off point for Berchtesgaten.

The apartment was really great and nicely modernized. The owner is a great communicator with occasional translation issues. We were comfortable and beds were nice for sleeping. The people in the town were very nice. Close to Billa supermarket, which was convenient. We appreciated the clothes drying rack. The apartment was quiet. The Saturday market was just outside the front door and was a fun shopping experience.
