Set just 15 kilometers outside of Salzburg, this 150-year-old farm’s walls tell of its rich history, while its modern interior and facilities provide everything you need for a relaxed family vacation or unforgettable getaway with your friends. The private pool, large yard, and secluded location set amidst meadows make this place the perfect retreat for guests who seek peace and quiet, while still having the benefit of being near the bustle of the culture-rich city of Salzburg. The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. Our beautifully furnished living room is the ideal place to put up your feet, read a book, or enjoy a movie. While WiFi is available throughout the whole house, we have made the conscious decision to forgo having a TV in our Chalet Green Pastures. The office, which is situated to the front of the ground floor, is the perfect spot to finish off any business that may have piled up before coming here. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. The first floor is home to 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue are what vacation dreams are made of.

Their love for interior design, as well as their talent for making homes not only beautiful but also comfortable and cosy places to stay in set their 6 luxury vacation homes in Salzburg and the Austrian countryside apart. The homes boast stylish interiors and the attention to detail is apparent in every room. Nina and Andy have two daughters themselves, and as such know exactly what it is that a family vacation home needs. Tree houses in the backyard, highchairs in the dining room, and the option of childcare for to enjoy some alone time will leave families wanting for nothing at the Holidaysun vacation homes. A homemade bundt cake and chilled prosecco are part of the welcome that Nina and Andy personally give upon your arrival. It’s the special moments that make up the experience that Nina and Andy like to provide for their guests. It truly is a labor of love, filled with a passion for details that make a house a home, and a vacation an unforgettable experience.

Nestled amongst lush green fields, surrounded by mountains, and set in a secluded area, this luxury vacation home is what dreams are made of. The only neighbors are a few houses, a farm within walking distance that offers fresh milk and eggs for your breakfast table, and the cows grazing on the fields. A paved road only five minutes off the main motorway leads to our Chalet Green Pastures. A short 15-minute drive will take you to the city of Salzburg and the airport, 30 minutes to the beautiful region Salzkammergut, boasting the idyllic lakes Fuschl- and Wolfgangsee. Our luxury vacation home is also the ideal place for your furry friends - with several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.
