The front desk personnel, Dadeo, was the best. He would go over & above his call to make us comfortable and enjoy Pontresina

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and incredibly photogenic. The receptionist was very kind; even though we arrived from Milan at 10:00 AM, she let us check in early. We were also able to store our luggage behind the desk the next day to go skiing. The breakfast was nice, with a lot of good local cheeses and specialty jams to try. It was peaceful and warm, and they served hot chocolate late at night in the main sitting area.

The hotel is very centrally located but the place is very quiet. Rooms are well insulated, therefore they are very quiet, impecable clean, Breakfast had a nice selection of fruits, deli products, cereals, eggs, some cakes. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, polite, and helpfull. Thanks

Came for the great view, left this review for their amazing staff. The staff of Hotel Roseg-Gletscher is the gem of this place. Every staff went out of their way to help us and I'm forever grateful for it. They borrowed us charger, hair-dryer, gave our vegan friends good solution, really tried their best to help us with anything they can. Will come back, 100000%!

Location, food and atmosphere was perfect.

We loved everything about Hotel Steinbock! The hotel is in a great location right in Pontersina. Our room was full size with plenty of room. The public seating / lobby was cozy and relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with some of the best fresh baked breads we have eaten. The fondu stubli provided a great dinner experience, with very friendly and attentive wait staff.

Great location next to the station. Excellent dinners and breakfasts. Very good value. The hostel was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed to find a doctor on a Sunday and the staff rang around to find a doctor for me to see . The kitchen staff were also friendly and generous with servings.

We liked the view, ease of parking, elevator, gym with good quality equipment, weights and stretch bands. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We liked the space we had after being in hotel rooms (sometimes very small ones) for almost 3 weeks. There was a lovely view of the mountains on the balcony and it was close to the bus so we could get to and from the train station easily.

My friends and I loved the space, well equipped kitchen, view patio, and all the comforts. The location was great, just above town but still very quiet. The owner was very helpful, and even picked us up at the train station!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The bathroom was squeaky clean and sparkling. The lobby atmosphere was zen! The reception staff were attentive! Parking and access to hotel very easy to load and unload laguage.
