Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

We manage two apartments in the building, both located on the second-to-last floor of a condominium equipped with an elevator. APARTMENT 32 – 5 GUESTS The apartment, approximately 60 m², is entirely on one level. The living area opens onto a bright open space that includes a loft-style living room, kitchenette, and dining area. The American-style kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and everything needed for independent cooking. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a second service bathroom equipped with a toilet and sink. APARTMENT 38 – 3 GUESTS The loft-style apartment, approximately 40 m², is accessible only by elevator plus one flight of stairs and is arranged on a single level. The living area opens onto a bright open space that includes a living room, kitchenette, and dining area. From here, there is access to the balcony. The American-style kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and everything needed for independent cooking. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The sleeping area consists of two interconnected bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with a single bed. There is one full bathroom with a shower.

Chesa Pitz Alv is located in Pontresina, in a strategic position and well connected to the town centre and main services. The railway station is approximately 1 km away, whilst the nearest bus stop is reachable in just 200 metres. St. Moritz is 5 km away and the ski facilities of Celerina–Marguns, connected to the Corviglia area, are approximately 3 km away. At the disposal of guests there is a motorised parking space in the garage. The maximum height of the garage entrance is 150 cm. Maximum dimensions of the mobile platform: * Height 150 CM * Depth 500 CM * Maximum weight 2000 KG Should the vehicle not fall within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks. For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room and a bike room. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area. The condominium also offers a paid sauna, for which advance booking is required, and a table tennis table located on the ground floor.
