Accommodations in Monterrey

Had an amazing stay at The Springs. Resort is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is super friendly, giving a tour upon entry. Always around to help out with any needs. Pools and hot springs are fantastic. Rooms are clean and beautiful.

Everything was great and as advertised.

Very friendly staff, the property was beautiful with various flower and fruit plants. Golf cart was available on demand to move inside the property. You need it if you have lot of luggage or else you can easily roam around. They have a nice pool that has a bar and fast food. Bathrooms are huge and artistic.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again fosho.

The hotel is an amazing place, inserted in a tropical jungle. All the paths and buildings were built respecting the existing trees, so you are in fact in a middle of a very old jungle, with animal frequently going through next to your balcony. And the hot spring pools... amazing!!

This was a great get away. There were three rooms and about 8 beds. But no need to stay inside much because it had nice terrace area and a great well-kept 1 km hike to a little lake and to see monkeys. They keep all sorts of animals on the property so my daughter had great fun. They have big swings, hammocks and even a tiny fishing pond. Owners so helpful, even drive us to get groceries because our car wasn’t great. Oh, and we counted 70 chicken decorations in the casita. It was a fun challenge :-)

Amazing views of the volcano and the property was beautiful. Hot tub was a nice surprise that we weren’t expecting.

Spacious, clean and comfortable 2-bedroom accommodation located in a quiet area just minutes away from the bustling main street of La Fortuna. Secure gated spot for parking and a large covered patio which we could enjoy even during heavy rains. Our son enjoyed the TV and there were also games like dominoes that we played in the patio. The washer/dryer was handy, and kitchen amenities were great. The owner had thoughtfully left us a couple drinks in the refrigerator. The towels shaped into animals was a nice welcome after the long drive from San Jose. The drive out to the main street watching out to avoid carefree neighborhood dogs and grazing donkeys and occasionally cattle crossing the street was fun for our 11-year old. All landmarks, grocery and souvenir shops were easily accessible. Highly recommend!

My family loved everything about the property. We loved that is in La Fortuna, but was also secluded- we had our own little private rainforest with well marked walking trails. The house had all amenities that a family would need to have a comfortable stay. We enjoyed waking up early and having coffee on the hammock while bird watching. The property manager, Josh, was AMAZING! He was there to answer our questions very quickly and helped us set up transportation to and from La Fortuna every day we were there- being that the house is located within a short drive from the city center. He was very informative and upfront of the area and what to expect during our stay.
