Breakfast excellent location perfect staff friendly and efficient

Clean cozy room with a nice shower. Nice touches like a liter of drinking water and some cookies in the room. Balcony dividers provide some privacy. Beautiful views from room and restaurant. Food was good, and the breakfast was enormous. It wasn't busy so the other guests and I were served individually rather than a buffet, and it was more than enough food for me to make take some for my lunch, too.

The staff was accommodating and welcoming. I feel home here. Even the view from the room is gorgeous. The hotel itself looks like a garden.

They upgraded me to a room with an enclosed balcony, view was good for sunrise. Breakfast buffet was expansive and good. Staff were helpful in getting me where I needed to go to start hikes. Artemis trail was the best

Our family enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the New Helvetia. We did not realize until we arrived how unique the hotel is. The rich history is showcased in it's social areas that include a full bar, dining area, sitting area and gorgeous terrace overlooking the foothills of the Troodos. The space is full of vintage charm, but also included all the modern ammenities we needed (updated, clean and well eqipped bathroom), air-conditioning, and strong WIFI service. The staff was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and attentive. They truly seemed to love and take pride in this very special place. Go and enjoy!

The location is the best in the Troodos region. The hotel itself is very well maintained - it feels like it was just built. The facilities were amazing - especially the spa area. Since we came in winter time we didn’t experience the pool but it also looked nice and inviting. The service was above great - the staff was kind, helped us plan the trip and asked as constantly if they can do anything to make our stay the best possible. Spacial thanks to Jenifer which was so kind and helped us a lot!

Traditional small hotel with great atmosphere in the hard of the picturesque village of Kakopetria! Would definitely stay there again!

The owner was tremendous, very helpful. We asked and they suggested excellent restaurants that we found amazing. They also allowed us to leave at our leisure on Sunday. They supplied firewood for heating the main room.

We were three adults and two small children and we loved our stay! The house is very cozy and extremely well-equipped with anything you might need. Stella has thought of every detail - very detailed self-check in instructions and instructions for anything you need in the house, also available and responsive to any question you have before or during your stay. The location is beautiful and the views are stunning. The house is an excellent value and even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We only stayed two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Absolutely delighted with our stay! The house is simply lovely, providing all the comforts you could ask for in a charming and beautifully maintained setting. The host, complemented by the wonderful Mrs. Yianoula who takes care of the house, was nothing short of a gem—truly embodying the warm and welcoming spirit of Cyprus. The location is fantastic, nestled in a picturesque village that offers a slice of authentic Cypriot hospitality. Highly recommend for a genuine and delightful experience!
