New building and exterior. 3 minutes by walk to city center. Very helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay! The swimming pool on a hot day was perfect. The room was very comfortable.

The property was well-located, and the staff were friendly. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was fine.

The rooms were big, incredible view from the restaurant, very nice and helpful employees.

Good value, excellent accomodations, very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Free parking on site. Heating system worked great and kept room cozy. Mechanical blinds keep room warm and block outside lights really well for a good night's sleep.

With this price I can't expect better then this

This is, of course, a motel, but a very clean and functional one. The lady at the reception was very nice. Breakfast is worth the price.

What a lovely modern and spacious place Le Tambour is! The entire place very clean, fully equipped kitchen (though we couldn’t figure out how the microwave worked but not a big deal). Spacious shower, very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Living/dining area was very comfortable also. Loved the elevator to get us and our bags up to the apartment. We parked in “depose minute” per Tambour advice for few minutes to drop off our bags in apartment, then went to park the car. Parking in Hôtel de Ville | Champagne Parc Auto works and is nearby, but we were often out in the evenings, so be aware that you may not enter that garage with your car after mid to late evening (20h or so?). An alternative to park near the apartment if you miss the entry cutoff at Hotel de Ville parking, is Parking Place du Forum (in heavy use during day, far less busy evenings and nights), a 2 minute walk. Location is ideal, literally right above a wonderful boulangerie/ patisserie, a daily stop for us. Unlike some reviewers we didn’t find the bells from Hotel de Ville to be noisy at all. We will stay here again I feel certain!
