Great location and lovely, friendly, helpful staff. A nice, clean room and very comfortable beds.

It's location is perfect, right in the town centre and next to the sea, the staff were amazing and very helpful, room was 10 out of 10 ,couldn't fault anything will be back! Breakfast was really nice and good view from the restaurant

Staff very friendly, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. The pillows, comforter and towels were excellent. The Carvery Restaurant offered great value for money and deliciously prepared food. Very quiet rooms. Ample parking.

I like everything about the hotel, especially the staff who served us breakfast. She's lovely and very accommodating. Keep up! The location is good and near the beach and tourist spots. The place is spotless, comfy and secure.

We stayed one night as we had booked to see a show at local theatre. Usually we would stay in self catering but thought due to short stay try a B and B which we have not done for several years.. The location, staff owner/ landlady and breakfast were great. You are made welcome with a friendly service. The room was exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. It was quiet and restful . I would recommend if visiting local area. Price was good and options explained to make it even more cost effective. Forgot how good B and B can be if it's done well. Thanks a lot.

Liked the extras like fridge/ microwave ect. Location was on the seafront.

I booked a single room but when I checked in they had upgraded me to a double room at no extra cost. The room was very clean. There was a good selection of tea/coffee. There was a small chocolate bar and biscuit that I wasn't expecting.

Very clean , beautifully decorated. Thought of every detail in the room . Very friendly host

The caravan was sparkling clean, the host had made arrangements for us to let ourselves in when we were running behind our estimated arrival time. The place is about 27 mins walk to the Town center where the Pier is, and Amusement park. The communication between the host and me was very ok, she heeded my queries. Would definitely be back with my kids
