Lovingly restored by its present owners, this 5-bedroom pet free Victorian property, offers a tranquil and casual retreat, close to the beach and within a 10-minute stroll to the town, Clacton pier, restaurant’s and local train station. The 3 storey house offers a combination of 3 double and 2 triple en-suite rooms, two of which offer partial sea views, with the others offering garden or town views. The ground floor, together with an accessible double bedroom, offers level access to the west facing garden, guest lounge and dining room. Viva Guest House is a fully licenced property where drinks can be served either in the garden, guest lounge or guest rooms before heading off for dinner. Clacton has a wide selection of restaurants to suite all of our guest’s needs, so once parked in the private driveway, guests have an easy walk into town to sample the nightlife and theatres. The West Cliff and Princes theatre’s offer great productions throughout the year. The local surrounding area to Viva, has many local attractions and places of interest which are accessible either by foot, bicycle or public transport. Our environmental policy includes suggestions for lowering our carbon footprint whilst still enjoying the local countryside, beach and staycation property.
