Really lovely humble place. Quite grand, lovely hot tub that's actually hot and nice little pool with great views. Incredible location looking out onto the hills and super peaceful, in gorgeous gardens. Staff were all super super lovely, very welcoming and personable. Overall a lovely stay, great value for money and somewhere I'd happily return to.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, delicious breakfast and friendly host, Richard. We loved our Mountain View window seat in the room. We had a relaxing time and this is a great location to climb in Brecon Beacons, or explore the quaint town of Crickhowell.

Downtown location was great both for getting out on nearby walks as well as shopping and dining in the area.

The Wagon @ Wern is a compact space on the inside that has everything you need for a relaxing break. The bed is comfy, there's enough space and equipment to cook simple meals and there's plenty of outdoor space and seating to enjoy relaxing with a drink, meal or book. We were offline for most of out time in the Wagon as there was sporadic mobile signal and no WiFi. There are some books to read if you haven't brought your own. It's not a place for people who always need to be online. We enjoyed being disconnected for the 2 evenings that we stayed and discovered that the local pub, The Farmers Arms which is a short walk away, is the place to go if you need to get online and make some plans. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, comfortable and spacious property which is very well-equipped with everything we needed. The property is much more spacious than the description suggests - there are two large double bedrooms plus a separate kitchen and sitting room (which also has a dining table). It was good to have the option of eating in the kitchen or the dining room. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Quirky decor with nice original features/sash windows.

Fabulous location just off High Street, in a nicely furnished and comfortable little house. Two full beds. Coffee, tea, and biscuits. Strong WiFi. Picking up and dropping off the key at the Dragon Inn was easy. Food was good!

the location was great, literally a 2 minute walk to the town. the cottage was very comfortable and was made welcoming. it was helpful that towels had been provided

This is a massive apartment, exactly as advertised or perhaps even bigger than what you see in the pictures. We were 2 couples, so the space was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms both of which had ensuite bathrooms, plus a powder room in the living room. The space was beautifully decorated too. Some of the decor was very quirky and lends a ton of character to the place. The kitchen was very well stocked, I honestly wished we had more time to make use of the generous kitchen supplies and food Tamarra had laid out for us. The location is also super convenient, right in the middle of the Crickhowell High Street, easy to locate and plenty of shops right next door including a Co-Op. There is no parking at the property, but this isn’t an issue as there’s parking available only a 2 min walk away. We paid £15 for our 2-3 day stay. As a host, Tamarra was very easy and pleasant to interact with. She was super prompt with responses and also went out of her way to help us when one of my friends forgot her personal notebook at the apartment at checkout, which we were so grateful for!

We loved The Bear. It is the quintessential English pub that you’ve been looking for. Log fires going throughout the day, charming cozy furnishings and locals galore enjoying it as well. The village of Crickhowell is wonderful and vibrant with charming shops to explore. There are walks everywhere and the town is surrounded by beautiful scenery.

We loved the location and how comfortable the furniture is. Felt right at home. Plenty of space for 5. Sky sport was a bonus. Parking can be paid for on the app when you arrive for your entire stay but there is plenty of free parking.

Newly renovated cottage, very quiet location yet a just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Very comfortable, clean and warm - a nice restful place to return to after a day's walking around the lovely Usk Valley. Very good communications with the host, much appreaciated.
