In Crickhowell, the Dragon Inn has views of the mountains and the Brecon Beacons National Park. It offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, a full cooked breakfast and free parking. The Brecon Way runs through Crickhowell, providing access to 100 miles of walks, and the Iron Age fort of Crug Hywel overlooks the town. Abergavenny and Hay-on-Wye are 30 minutes’ drive away.
