It was such a great setup, too wake up too the view every morning made it even better.

On a very chilly day the property was toasty warm on arrival and was reasonably spacious.

Great location in the centre of town. Easy to walk to restaurants- loved Boudingait and Aangan. Centrally located so easy to get to surrounding area- St Andrews, Anstruther, Crail. Has everything in the flat you could need. Comfy beds, fully equipped with kitchen stuff, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Jim is a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The flat is very cosy, extremely clean, comfortable and bigger than on the website pictures. It certainly has a character and you want to stay longer. It felt like home, not a hotel or a guesthouse. Liana is an exceptional host, very caring and thoughtful of clients’ needs. The property has everything you need for your stay. The little post-it notes are helpful when you need to find something, although everything is out there and you won’t need to bring anything with you. Selection of teas, coffee, chocolates and sweets. Everything works well and you just enjoy the comfort and convenience of the property. Prefect place! We are definitely coming back here.

Everything about the property was brilliant! Ideal for getting to work in the town for my partner, and easy for me to link up with public transport. The south facing back garden was most welcome during yet another week of Scottish sun, and the ability to walk out of the garden onto the lovely riverside footpath was greatly appreciated. The bed was the most comfortable one that we have slept in in Fife (and we have tried a few!) and the ability to park outside the front door was most welcome.

The hot tub and the shower were amazing. Beds were very comfortable.
