We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's a bit utilitarian, but for a place to stay while visiting London, it's great. The price was also reasonable. The hotel is a short walk to the Earls Court tube station and there are lots of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay and will definitely be at the top of our list when visiting London again.

The room was clean. Helpful and friendly staff just an email or phone call away. In addition, my wallet, with all my cards in it, was stolen at Hong Kong airport last Sunday night as I waited to travel. The staff arranged to collect cash from me, which was very kind.

Key pickup was quite easy. The facility for picking up keys was also a small neighborhood market. Easy walk to the train station, take away food places and a cozy neighborhood pub. Parking was easy, Quiet neighborhood off a main street.

Walking distance to restaurants and activities.

We liked it was a quick walk into town. It was a lovely walk along the canal to the Kelpe’s. We’d like to have more than the 2 nights we had!
