Fabulous stay. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much bother The room was very comfortable and the food was fantastic. Dog friendly. Great views and walks. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was one of the best ⭐

The Fountain Inn is a very quaint lodging house and pub; it fulfilled my (American) fanciful notion of a British public house. The proprietors and staff and customers were so very nice. Lots of drafts on tap from which to choose. The proprietor carried luggage up to the room and made us feel so welcome. The town offers dining choices which are walkable from the inn. We were able to park right in front of the inn for the evening and found a space not far away for our car after 9 a.m. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were reluctant to move onwards in our journey!

Stayed for a couple of nights whilst visiting Alton towers, only 20 mins or so to Alton towers! There is an Iceland right over the road so handy for a quick micro meal after the day out, hosts were very helpful with check in.

Absolutely beautiful cottage with very friendly and helpful hosts! The locale was perfect, lots to explore in Leek (including the Saturday market) and a short drive to some beautiful walks. The decor was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more!

The location was very central with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bedrooms were at the back of the property away from any potential noise from passing traffic. It was also nice clean and modern. The host was friendly and very accommodating

It was lovely to get a personal message on arrival, as well as milk and biscuits. The hosts were very quick to respond and sort out the problem when we had a minor plumbing issue, which was great. Very well- equipped flat with enough mugs and glasses (often a problem!). Thank you.
