Great hotel, room was big and everything you need. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked. Location was good

It's an amazing place, very big, super comfy and you can find everything that you need in the kitchen. For family if 4 was very nice. We met our host Maria, she is a lovely woman, who prepared a nice surprise for us. It was very cute, thank you 😊 the Place is very close to the city centre and seaside. We did enjoy our stay here and we are thinking of coming back during summer time. Thank you:)

Very nice caravan clean and all what you need

A quaint pub in a lovely village. The rooms & pub are very modern, comfortable and completed to a high standard. The pub has a lovely varied food menu, which I would highly recommend. The landlord makes you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. A fantastic stay!

Very welcoming, clean and quiet

Although the room was small, it was extremely comfortable, dining and breakfast were fabulous! bed was comfortable.

Absolute bargain price, rooms are big clean and have everything you need, staff always courteous, this is my third time of staying now and will continue when I need to

Excellent room and if in Lincoln again will check to see if available. Decorated to a high standard and I felt super comfy. Shower was excellent and all areas of the room was clean. Tea and coffee selection excellent , well above average. Twynnings tea bags is always a nice touch. Tv was a large size which I could use for apps like YouTube etc. I stay in rooms regularly through work and this was one of my most enjoyable stays. I booked last minute , so was concerned about getting into property as my phone battery was low, I spoke with host straight after my booking and he gave me everything I needed so it wouldn’t be a problem. Overall for the price I paid the quality of the room was exceptional, cannot fault it.

Spotless clean rooms with very clean comfy beds

Everything was clean, very organized and accessible to restaurants and other places.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! From the moment we booked there were messages of joy and even a surprise gift - an amazing touch - logs n’ marshmallows! 🪵 🔥 So refreshing, they certainly make sure you enjoy your stay! It had been such a long day, so to sit in the hot tub under the stars and the moonlight with favourite music and refreshments 🎶 🥂 was beyond words! There’s something quite magical here 💫 A big thank you to all the friendly team, you are amazing 🤩
