Very picturesque property in a picturesque location. Warmly welcomed like a friend into their home, it’s family run and that’s the difference. The pride in their service shows and it just seems to be natural. Will be back!

Everything was exceptional from the welcome of the staff on arrival,the corner room 109 far exceeded our expectations having a dual aspect swivel chairs ,great facilities it was clean and spacious it was everything we had hoped for and more.

Free parking, location right next to the promenade, make sure to get a room with sea view! Very friendly and helpful staff. Value for money.

The staff at booking in was great. really friendly and helpful. the room was big and lots of room to put my clothes and things away instead of them staying in my case. the carpark was big enough for a lot of cars.

The owners are very nice, they even had a cake ready made for us (which was delicious). We stayed for 3 perfect nights. Kids in one room, we another and play stuff in the living room. Very spacious.

Lovely cottage in a great location.Just a short walk into Conwy, the view from the bedroom window was Conwy castle.The kitchen had everything you needed and the cottage was lovely and clean throughout.Really enjoyed the coffees and biscuits that were left by the hosts,a nice little touch.Just a stones throw from Lidl which was really handy.

Beautiful house, away from main roads and surrounded by hills, very conveniently located. Only a short distance from everything. So much space, lovely decor and everything was clean and functional. Would love to return!
