The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar, a living/dining room with TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor double, and a twin, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, Hot Tub and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, and the beach in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There are steps to the exterior and interior. Please note: Use of the hot tub requires a 75 supplement. Please contact Sykes to arrange payment. If Sykes or the owner is not informed and the supplement is not paid in advance, the hot tub will not be available during your stay. The town of Deganwy, located on the banks of the River Conwy at the Estuary's mouth, is a famous tourist attraction. Deganwy is only a few kilometres from the holiday towns of Conwy and Llandudno. Llandudno was a renowned tourist destination throughout the Victorian era, as evidenced by the architecture and the magnificent promenade.
