I was heartily greeted upon arrival, my room was immaculate and well appointed with comfy bed and great shower. It is in a lovely town, that is quiet and has nice walks. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, as well as the service.

The location was nice but the property IS NOT in Malmesbury as advertised. The property is a ten minute drive from Malmesbury in Crudwell. The sofa was broken and could not be used. There was only 1 other chair in the property so my wife and I had to take turns sitting down. The electric range/stove top did not work. It would turn on and then flip the breaker. We rented a cottage so we could prepare our own meals so this was a problem. We contacted the owner as directed in manual in the unit and never received a reply. We contacted booking.com and they could not help us. So I rented a cottage with no place to sit and no way to cook.
