If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking. Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable 300GBP deposit (with a small, non-refundable 5GBP fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable 30GBP damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to 300GBP during your stay.
