Accommodations in South Norwood

The hotel was exceptional, brilliant. The location was great for where we needed to get to for the evening. Parking was £10 for the day which was great value. Staff were very helpful with anything we needed, including a taxi for the evening. Breakfast was great and I would recommend it. Room was very tidy and clean with the bed being very comfortable.

The room was gorgeous and the building is super unique and charming. There’s a sweet little library downstairs that lends to the charm of this beautiful building. The room was stocked with an abundance of tea and coffee. Very comfortable and thoughtful. The neighborhood is perfect and has plenty of cute shops and a local yoga studio with outstanding views and public transportation steps away.

Great location, friendly staff, great food, warm, clean, comfortable room

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent—it was hard to choose because everything on the menu sounded (and tasted) delicious. Dinner at the pub was perfect! I also have to mention the staff: they were all welcoming and always made my stay great.

Great place to stay, It is on a busy road on two sides however I was on the 2nd floor and that did not bother me. Bedroom was lovely, superb shower & great food in the resteraunt.

The property was beautiful! The pub downstairs had a wonderful ambiance with incredible service and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I was pleased that my room had an incredible view out over the back garden with plenty of natural light.

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and temperature was constant. We had a fridge which was good plus milk and fruit juice. The teas were very nice. The location was good for local restaurants and pubs, shops and the Churchill theatre. Buses close by and Bromley North railway station was close. We would definitely return.

Door codes and the method they provide to enter

When we made the booking, it says we can check in by 11 AM till 11 PM however when we arrived at the property by 2 PM, we were denied by the host to enter and they asked us to wait till 5pm. We had an elderly person and a 1 month old baby standard outside in the cold because of them. Not recommended.

Property had everything we needed and more. Well stocked we felt we were at home and our little one loved all the toys, it was fantastic! Owners were super attentive, thank you.

The accommodation was a good size

The apartment is EXACTLY how it is in the pictures! It’s beautiful and I would 100% book again! I will be booking again! The guys that own the apartments were very good with communicating and they were very friendly!
