Small and comfortable room, entry area had a lounge and an area to work/relax/chill. Easy and quick check in/ check out. Room was equipped with a mini fridge and a big shower.

The location was perfect with an EASY walk to the Victoria train/tube station. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, & spoke many languages. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of seating. Our room was comfortable with an amazing shower! Bonus...5 minute walk to theatres!

The sauna was a nice option at the end of a long work day. It was wonderful to have a kitchen with a dishwasher :)

Everything. Our needs were catered to from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Excellent central location but a quiet and cosy hotel. Perfect!

The hotel is flawless. Enjoyed everything about it the bar, the dining room, restaurant, the tea room, and especially the bedroom with the turndown service. Was a delight, returning to the room at night to have the classical music playing with a Goring sheep on my bed.

Classic British decor and demeanor, fittingly right across from Buckingham Palace Royal stage coaches and horses (the Mews) w delicious dining room and high tea room. We enjoyed Room 208 for its light and airy feel with bathtub. The terrific staff from the front doormen to the front desk (Charlie!) and management team was superior. The gentleman waiter in the New York lounge was divine. The human touch with our differently abled guest, a wheelchair on offer, was graciously kind.

It's got charm...and a lot of stairs, so be prepared! The vending machine in the lobby is all free drinks, the vegetable soup was amazing! There was a home cooked free breakfast and the two women making it did an amazing job. I was so happy to experience full english breakfast. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance as well as walking distance to public transportation.

The check in was quick & easy, the guy on the desk was very friendly & helpful. We had a budget room, the bed was clean & comfortable, the window opened & closed ok, there was a little street noise which quietened down later in the evening. The shared shower & toilet rooms were small but clean. The location was great, 100 yards from a pub with real ale & home cooked food & 200 yards from Victoria station.

Access to property from Victoria Train or Underground is within a 10 minute walk or short ride. The staff were excellent and quite helpful. The room was modern in bathroom and bed was quite comfortable.

This is a perfect boutique hotel for a stay in central London. We come into London 3 to 4 times per year and love smaller hotels for the hands on treatment that you receive. This was probably one of the best we have come across in a long time. The room itself was very comfortable (excellent bed and linens) and quiet (located in a quiet neighbourhood and at the back of the building). All staff were extremely attentive, pleasant and went well above expectations to make our stay perfect. The front desk staff were particularly good for both check-in and check-out experiences and in accommodating even our smallest requests (additional water, in-room coffee etc). Breakfast (we had the continental) was plentiful and of good quality. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I think we have found our go-to hotel for our future trips to London.

The staff was amazing. They set up a birthday celebration in our room that was more than I had expected when they asked if we were there for a special occasion. The room and facilities were very comfortable and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.
