United KingdomThe property was easy to find, well located and absolutely immaculate inside. Having parking at the rear of the property was such a boon, too. Beautifully appointed studio with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. We never met our hosts, but did communicate with them via message, and they were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect stay for people visiting the Irvine area.

Really friendly staff, they were very efficient and helpful too. Good food in the restaurant, great choice and plenty of space in a good bar. I stayed here for the first time to watch the Open Golf at Troon and the hotel had prepared all the information for travel.

Pleasant and in line with other hotels of this type and nature. The only comment would be the distance from the accommodation to the entrance/reception area at the pub. Another door would be more appropriate instead of having to walk all the way around the building.

Accomodation separate from bar/restaurant. Generous roomwell firnished everything covered good desk & lighting. Plenty of power sockets etc. Shower & bath in good order. Will stay again if in area.
