We had dinner there and it was quite good. breakfast was included and was a very good one. Continental buffet with ALSO ordering off of the menu- large selection

INCREDIBLE. Stunningly beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff. Incredible value for money. We had dinner and breakfast included in our stay. The food was exceptional, the staff were above and beyond. Just an amazing stay all round. Will absolutely be staying here again and recommending this hotel to everyone.

There was an initial mix up regarding the rooms so unfortunately we did not stay. But the manager of the guest house has been in touch and sorted the situation. I cannot fault their customer service in the slightest. Room was very clean, tidy and good value for £69.

The property was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here in this accommodation before as it is just what we want. Convenient when meeting up with friends and family the pubs are excellent too which is very handy. The Chinese takeaway, Wong Chiu, Ayr Road, Irvine is very good too. The shopping centre is clean and tidy. The beach is handy and the people are extremely friendly in the area

The location is really great with easy access to main shops / food outlets and pubs. Nice access to the promenade and good walks to the beach and surrounds.

My mum and I came over from America for a family funeral. Braidmead House was like being with family. We felt so welcomed, the breakfast was excellent and comforting. This will definitely be where we stay when we visit Scotland.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed I want a refund very disappointed

The property was easy to find, well located and absolutely immaculate inside. Having parking at the rear of the property was such a boon, too. Beautifully appointed studio with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. We never met our hosts, but did communicate with them via message, and they were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect stay for people visiting the Irvine area.
