Close to Irvine’s sandy beach, the railway station and the shops, this family-run guest house is just 10 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport. The Harborside specializes in golf and whiskey tours of the area and is located next to Glasgow Gailes golf course. All of the rooms with attached bathroom have TVs, videos, fridges, microwaves and tea/coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available in most of the rooms. The property is a matter of yards from Irvine Railway Station, the Rivergate undercover shopping mall and the town’s shops, bars and restaurants. Irvine’s picturesque sandy beach is just a short stroll away.

Property info

The Harbourside Hotel is a small family run business. We have been operating since January 1998. Since the pandemic we have gotten rid of our reception and changed our system to allow guests to check themselves in. When you book you will receive a code to get in and out of the building, as well as a room number. Our decor is Scottish inspired with a black tartan carpet featured throughout our hall ways. We live onsite the property so if you need anything we are close by to help. All of our rooms feature a complimentary hospitality basket filled with bottles of water, snacks and some on the go porridge. Although we are named the Harbourside Hotel. We do not have a restaurant or a bar.
