Breakfast was not included, as property was self catering. However, the accommodation was very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated, to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable - making it difficult to get up in the morning! We had our own patio and garden, which was most appreciated. We liked the large walk in shower, especially as there were grab rails to steady ourselves. Overall we had a great holiday in a lovely holiday home.

Mersea Villa itself was a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect, the beach in view from the decking and less than a minute's walk away. The area was incredibly quiet too,, presumably it may be a bit busier during school holidays, but it seems this would always be a peaceful place. We went for peace and the sea, so this was absolutely perfect.

Gorgeous caravan and such a nice holiday park. 2 min walk from the facilities and the beach. Very clean and modern, had a very lovely stay. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and had a nice meal in the restaurant. I would definitely come back.
