IsraelThe location and the facilities were just wonderful, the cleanliness of the room the view, were not less than perfect. I was sailing in Greece, and took a 3 days escape in Agia Effimia, glad for this decision, it was wonderful.
There is a nice barbeque area outside, I would love to try next time when I visit your property. Antonia and the staff are so polite and helpful, just paradise.

Perfect location! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for our family of four. Lovely beach right opposite, restaurants 1 minute walk away. The house was cleaned everyday and beds made while we were at the beach, fresh towels and sheets every other day, the hosts were very caring and easy to contact. Great air-conditioning, front and back patios, great sea views, good hot water shower and fast WiFi. I'm so glad we picked Ritsa house, I cant imagine better accommodation in Ayia Evfimia

The studio that I was staying in was very comfortable and cozy. I had everything that I needed. Great bed, shower, and kitchen. The authentic design of the interior gave a very welcoming feel. Giannis, the owner of the place, was very helpful with everything . The breakfast was outstanding!!!
If you are traveling to an other island or you coming back from your vacation and you need to stay for a couple of days in Athens , this place is perfect !!!

Mirka is an excellent host, very welcoming and had great communication with her. The accommodation is close to the sea/restaurants/shops. The room was spacious, very clean and equipped with all you need. We only stayed for one night and a shame as we enjoyed having such a lovely host and such great accommodation! Highly recommend! The apartment is excellent. It is very spacious, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and is located in the very center of the town, so everything is close. The hosts are very friendly and at your service for anything you need. All recommendations for accommodation and the place Agia Efimiya itself as it is well positioned for visiting the whole island.

Our stay at Fotini was absolutely delightful. The view from the property is absolutely exquisite. The accommodations were exactly what we needed for our stay; clean, comfortable and well equipped. Niko, the proprietor was friendly, helpful and very accommodating; even giving us many food items for our meals. Agia Effimia is a pretty seaside village with great restaurants, cafes and amenities. We ate at the Paradise restaurant, not far from the pension and the views were amazing. We would most certainly return to Fotini in the future.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly and genuinely welcomed; nothing was too much trouble to ask.
Our room was spotless, equipped with everything we could need and the bed was super comfortable.
We have already booked to stay again.
We can't recommend this fantastic accommodation enough!
We honestly feel so lucky to have found it.

We stayed in one of the sea veiw studios and it was amazing to wake up to a veiw like that.the studio itself the bed comfy and shower was perfect the location was good too.the owner stavros was very welcoming always there to help if needed such a lovley guy.i cant fault anything.my holiday was perfect and was sad to leave..and i will defintly be coming back nxt year 😊.
