Accommodations in Heraklio

Having breakfast at the top floor was an incredible experience withe great views of the city walls, the sea and the island (Dia). A great way to start the day and feel the weather. The staff was very attentive and helpful and addressed my requests for information with dedication. A little fridge in the room came very handy.

Great location for shopping and being in the center of the tourist area. Excellent included breakfast and staff assistance.

I was second time in this property. And will return again. Its great hotel in the center of Heraklio town, near both to port (2 mins walk) and to the city center (3 mins walk). The staff is amazing ( the red haired woman in reception is ❤️, the both ladies in the dining area and the houskeeping staff are also ❤️. It’s very clean, very comfortable, very tasty hotel. Literally needs 4+ star ranking. The breakfast is amazing with many options for everyone. The balconies are also very nice, comfortable for working, having a glass of wine during fine weather.

Location was great, lobby is very attractive and the whole place was very clean!

I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.

The Greek breakfast, the parking just opposite, the central location. We were also given a free room upgrade!

The hotel is at the center of the city of Herkalion. Hotel reception and staff are also friendly. The room is also comfy. Bathroom has hot water for winter. I think it’s the best hotel in Heraklion. My sister and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The apartment was wonderful for our group of five! The neighborhood was lovely and quite and walking distance to everything. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels and bedding. The host was extremely helpful and the apartment was beautifully decorated. Highly recommend
