Ee couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful — the kind of atmosphere that makes you slow down and take in the surroundings. The layout of the property feels timeless, blending perfectly with Antigua’s historic charm and relaxed vibe. The staff were outstanding: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail really made the stay feel special. Breakfast was excellent every morning — fresh, flavorful, and a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel captured everything we got to love about Antigua: beauty, history, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

This Eco Hotel in San Marcos is truly a gem! Surrounded by nature, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a harmonious connection with the environment. They prioritize sustainability by using natural bathroom products to protect the sacred lake, just a minute's walk away. Starting my mornings with a swim in its tranquil waters made it the most serene place on earth. Supporting the local family who owns this property, honoring Mayan culture and the land, is a decision I highly recommend. The vegan cuisine served at the restaurant is not only delicious but also my favorite during my 2-week stay. I will miss this place dearly and look forward to returning next year. It is a very unique place, the view is astonishing. The classes are very professional and unique, we loved it. The vibe in the hotel amazing.

We have been longing to return to Anzan Atitlan since the moment we left. It was probably the most special place I ever stayed at. The nature and views surrounding the beautiful house, the sauna, massages and the EXCEPTIONAL dinner prepared by Dita... Truly one of a kind.

The host was absolutely amazing and so accommodating and kind! The property was clean and well-kept, and the views of the lake were incredible. The common area on the rooftop patio was a great place to hang out. And the hot shower was very appreciated.

I love everything about this place. It truly feels like home. Don’t expect anything fancy—its charm lies in its rustic simplicity. You live in harmony with nature here. The people who run and manage the space are exceptional. Daniel is absolutely amazing—he makes sure every guest is well taken care of. Camille, who helps around, brings a gentle, feminine energy that softens and warms the space. Meeting the founder, Erik, is a wonderful bonus. I’m deeply grateful to all of them for creating and sharing this space with the community.

Location was very central and really nice overall. The appartment are recent and super well kept.

The privates tents are really nice with a great view on the lake. The kitchen was really well equipped. The staff was very helpful and nice.

We loved everything about our stay! Paula was just so great and was always available and responded quickly to any questions or request. The property is absolutely stunning and exactly as advertised. The cabin was clean, had all needed supplies, hot water, small kitchenette for cooking and the most breathtaking view of the lake. Paddle boards were also available which was an unexpected bonus! Lanchas were very easy to get and passed by multiple times an hour. Very private, quiet and a perfect for a romantic getaway. Bed was 10/10 comfortable and had many extra blanket, towels as needed. Also a guardian on site to assist with any urgent matters. I would recommend Aurora to any friends or family visiting the lake.

The property is just 50 days old when we visited , it’s a brand new construction. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable . There is a full shared kitchen if you want to cook . Manager and family lives in the property, so any help is available immediately.

Awesome view of the lake and volcanoes with fully equipped kitchen, option to order food delivered. Responsive host to help get safe in and out on the trail! Eagles live nearby with gorgeous sunrise!

Newer clean building friendly staff

Spacious and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Location provides great views of volcano, along with the villages of San Juan and San Pedro. Always a welcome oasis to return to this retreat home after a day out exploring. We would find a different place to enjoy on the property. Very well taken care of and has everything you need.

The rooms were so comfortable. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, high ceilings, private. A peaceful environment. Great responses from managers, very flexible. The shared kitchen was being remodeled so I was switched to a cabin with a little kitchen. I really appreciated the flexibility of the owner.

I had an amazing time at EB5 Escape! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail – from the art interiors to the peaceful surroundings with nature – made the stay feel extra special. The yoga platform was plus too for self-guided meditation.

he view was great, the turtle was awesome, the night guard was dope and anything we needed they helped us with. Even loved thee hike up and the neighborhood dogs. The roosters were a funny bit and the yoga platform was lovely. Would stay again for sure.
