Very happy with my experience dealing with the property :-)

Room was spotless and comfortable and the bar was hopping downstairs

Perfect location lovely outdoor seating. Excellent restaurant. Historic building.

Easy and easy out clean room.

The environment was very clean and a lot of space for cars.

Everything inc breakfast was 10/10

St. John’s B&B couldn’t have been nicer! Although we arrived late in the evening, Marie was welcoming and showed us to our very clean room. She asked us at what time we wanted our breakfast and had a full Irish (and some 😃) ready for us the next morning. Her homemade scones and brown bread were sensational. Out the dining room windows we saw their new calf and met Patch, their terrier mix dog. Marie gave us tips, maps, and info on what see in the area and gave us a tour of St. John’s old schoolhouse that is also available to book for a stay. It’s adorable! I can’t say enough about Marie and John’s hospitality and kindness. I hope to see them again if I make it to Ireland!

Friendly helpful hosts, lovely ambience and attention to detail, especially the sun room with it's panoramic vista towards the lake. Beautiful rural setting

The house is amazing. Probably best one we have rented out of 40 houses over the last 20 years in various countries. Well equipped. Hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. The local village is fine and has everything you need. No reason to leave the house though. We were three generations staying in the house and everyone was happy (amazing!).

Super location within minutes walk to the castle, restaurants, bars, cafes etc. House was clean and comfortable and the hosts were excellent. Highly recommend

Had such a beautiful stay. Got to meet the owner and he’s a lovely man. Communication was fantastic. House lovely and cosy. We saw wildlife in the field beside the house. Couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend if visiting the midland country areas.

Our hosts was wonderful. Gave us tips for driving to help avoid very narrow roads. Shared suggestions for sites to explore and even let us use her oven one night. The atmosphere was relaxed and homelike. We sat and chatted with our host and other guests as well. It is a lovely home in a rural setting. There is a living room and huge kitchen that guests can use so you are not stuck in your room if you have extra time.

Excellent room, comfy bed and great breakfast. Easy to find and the hoists were very friendly, I would use this again
