Very nice play to stay. Everything is perfect.

A super location on a 'hideaway' island. This hotel was the highlight of our touring holiday in Italy. The bar and the rooftop restaurant were perfect.

Great breakfast, nice place, very good staff

The views were spectacular! It is truly a place that does everything. First and foremost, a farm, they produce all of their food right on the cliffside. The place features several cats, a sweet dog, goats, pigs, cows, several gardens, and the most tranquil spots to lounge and take in Lake Iseo from the top of a hill. The breakfast and dinners were also excellent and made with veggies right from the garden. It was a very lucky find and I can't wait to return soon

This is a beautiful rustic converted farm. The family have invested their hearts and soul in the renovation and it shows in every aspect from the building, the rooms, the public spaces, the service, breakfast, the olive trees and fruit trees, the herbs ( we added some to our freshly made breakfast omelet ). Can’t fault this place. Home from home. Rossella our hostess, her sister and father and the staff are dedicated and make the site a perfect location. Totally recommend this accommodation. Just sorry we have to leave so soon but we’ll be back.

Nicolai was very helpful and loved to practice his English with me. Being on the lake, even though it took a few extra steps was really special.
