Beautiful villa and amazing pool area. Very nice family who runs it. Rooms have everything you need, but are styled in the old villa style. Breakfast is nice. If you have a car this place is amazing for exploring Modica and Ragusa.

Very good location near the main street, but just enough removed, so the noise is not a problem. Great communication with the host. Sonia is very nice, always available and helps with the information. She personally took us to the bus station when no taxis were available (which she called for us). We also got a free room upgrade. The terrace in our room was huge.

Wonderful, tastefully designed modern and newly furnished apartment on the 6th floor. The stunning view over the old town with the sunrise and being woken by nearby church bells was just magical. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The memory foam pillow and an extra pillow were a luxury touch we didn’t expect. The host, Federica, was exceptionally helpful and kind, making the experience perfect. We just wished we could’ve stayed longer…

Wow, Giancarlo and his dear wife have a beautiful historic family home that is FANTASTIC. It’s surrounded by olive and carob trees just outside the beautiful town of Modica. I loved the historic, but comfortable furnishings. An early morning run down their quiet country roads finished off with Giancarlo’s beautifully prepared breakfast was a great way to start our day. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back to experience a meal in this beautiful historic home. The ~1 meter thick stone walls were reminiscent of ancient building techniques that were made to last for 100s of years. Giancarlo was very hospitable and gave us some good suggestions of what to do, see and eat in the area. You must try this place!
