Situated in the heart of Modica Bassa, monumental area, Palazzo degli Olivi enjoys a unique location, pleasant and quiet, only 30 m away from the main road, full of life, with many shops and restaurants. The building is a baroque palace with Art Nouveau elements full of air and light, with five balconies and two panoramic terraces. The three residential floors of the building, connected by an internal staircase, have indipendent entrances and services, so it’s possible to live the building both as a single residence (eleven people) as well as three independent units (five, four, two people). The restoration has been conservative and ecological: all floors are made with Modica stones and all rooms have ceiling fans for a natural and healthy refreshing system (air conditioners are also provided).

Modica is a Baroque town in the south eastern part of Sicily declared World Heritage by Unesco for its Churches and beauties. It is the ideal location to visit the history, the art and beauties of eastern Sicily. Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Noto, Cava d’Ispica and Cavagrande del Cassibile (a canyon with lakes to the bottom) are all very close to Modica. You can visit also Siracusa/Ortigia, Piazza Armerina “La Villa del Casale”, Agrigento “La Valle dei Templi” and “La scala dei Turchi”, with a daily escursion. Some of the most beautiful and wild beaches of the Mediterranean are only 20km away from Modica
