Stunning views and landscape, beautiful rooms, peaceful grounds, incredible hot springs, an amazing pool, spa and endless multiple saunas, a million different treatments, and incredible food. Surrounded by beautiful old towns. Not cheap but worth every cent.

This hotel was a delightful surprise. We expected warm spa waters and a charming setting around the thermal basin in the center of the village. But we got so much more, a very comfortable room, a welcoming staff and a very good restaurant with a terrific wine list. This hotel is family owned and operated and their pride really shows through. It is also in a great location for visiting Pienza, Montepulciano and Montacino.

A very clean, simple, and comfortable place to stay while walking the Via Francigena. The host was so helpful, and great to communicate with. Great location that was situated in a quieter part of town, yet still centrally located to everything you’d need.

The host greeted us and made suggestions of where to eat. There is a guest book, bottles of water, a lovely tea and coffee set up with cookies & treats. The design & decor is really lovely and the owner's wine from his farm is available for purchase & is well worth it. To top it all, it is a lovely stroll to the restaurants and town scene. Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended.

We had an exceptional stay at Dimora in San Quirico d’Orcia BnB. The host, Jessica, is absolutely amazing, warm, welcoming, and incredibly detail-oriented. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and really showcased her thoughtful approach to hospitality. The one-bedroom apartment was meticulously clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was a standout—high-quality ingredients and a refined touch that made mornings feel special. The washroom was modern and spotless, and the shower was truly outstanding—great water pressure and design. We highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting San Quirico d’Orcia.

A wonderful and helpful host who met us on arrival quite late in the night and had held a parking place for our car. She assisted us with our luggage on arrival and at the end of our stay. The apartment is very clean, well presented and very comfortable in a great position, minutes from the main piazza, restaurants, and a beautiful garden in a charming town. It is very easy to explore other lovely areas outside the town.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Laura is an amazing host. The town is fantastic and just the right get-away for us! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to spend a weekend.

A well-loved house originally constructed in the Renaissance, remodeled in 2002. It is full of a fantastic array of books and pictures everywhere. As a couple we lived on the top two floors; the uppermost floor has the living room and kitchen, and the floor below had a bedroom and a bathroom. Between the vestibule first floor and our bedroom/bath there was the other bedroom and bath. Most of our daily movements were easy, simply on those two upper floors; but to go directly from the vestibule to the top floor is significant exercise which we did not begrudge. Loved such things as the light and the brick floors. The bedrooms are in the back and therefore always quiet; the well-crafted small roof terrace overlooks the main street and the valley (it is worth taking the time and care to reach via a few aged wooden steps) Worth noting that the appliances such as the stove's burners, washer. microwave and the refrigerator worked very well, but there is no significant freezer space.

La Tulipa is elegant in a very comfortable way. We've stayed there before and will stay there again. The location is perfect and Deborah is a fantastic host!
