4-storey townhouse right in the center of town. Ideal for two couples or a family of 4.
Brunhouse is partly furnished in classic Tuscan style and partly with Chinese antique furniture I brought in after my 7 years in China. Each sleeping floor has its own bedroom and bathroom, for max privacy.
The house comes equipped with everything needed even for long stays.
I live in Milan but I go to San Quirico frequently. The house is personalized with passion and is the fruit of many travels around the world, with Chinese furniture, south-east Asian decorations, harmoniously mixed with Tuscan furniture. I travel frequently for both work and leisure. My hobbies are movies, travel literature, scuba diving, food and wine.
The house is located on the main street of the city center, few steps away from restaurants, shops and bars. overlooking Horti Leonini, a Renaissance garden which is a top attraction of San Quirico.
It is also just 30 meters from the point you come out to the center from the free parking by the city walls.
San Quirico is the heart of Valdorcia, ideally located to explore the area, being at short distance from Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Montalcino, Monticchiello.
Surrounded by thermal spas, movie locations and most renowned symbols of Tuscan countryside.
