Our host Sara was exceptional in making our stay memorable. The tower apartment was decorated with Christmas theme and my daughter loved it! There were personal touches all across the apartment. It felt like Sara really cared for the guests' experience. There were snacks, vine cellar, terrace with awesome views over Tuscan villages. I got to watch the sunrise and that wonderful memory will stay forever. Torrita Di Siena itself is quite and beautiful, easily walkable. The tower apartment is within the walls of the town. Sara guided us with the parking situation and showed the apartment. She was also happy to oblige when we asked for a 6:30 PM check-in (though the booking restrictions say 3 PM to 6 PM checkin).

The Val d'Orcia landscape is as beautiful as everyone says, and Villa San Sanino is positioned to make the most of it — wonderful views, and the pool was a real pleasure. This is a family-run place, and it shows in the best way. Bianca welcomed us warmly, served all of our meals, and wrote out a list of nearby restaurants and sights, every one conveniently located and worth the trip. Her brother Giacomo was just as helpful, coordinating our reservations and pointing us toward wonderful local restaurants and wineries. The food, cooked by their mother, was some of the best we had anywhere in Italy, and they kept a lovely selection of wines available on the property. The villa itself was restored by their father, an engineer, and you can feel it — the work was clearly done by someone who knew what he was doing, yet it has kept its authentic, historic charm. Throughout our stay it was wonderfully easy to reach them on WhatsApp — to order a drink by the pool, ask about the food, or anything else. They even did some laundry for us quickly and without fuss, which was a real gift halfway through a two-week trip. What we appreciated most: we didn't want to feel underfoot, and we didn't want a big, crowded resort — this was the perfect alternative. Everything was easy, and it was easy to relax and simply enjoy being here. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Modern castle with everything you need for comfortable stay inside. Conditioner in every single room, even kitchen saved from 36° temperature. You can buy wonderful vine or beer inside, no need to go out. Best apartments we have ever been for our 5 years travel experience! We are more than grateful for the warm welcome!

Perfect few days staying at Villa San Sanino. It is clear a lot of work/thought has been put into every part of the property - with very tasteful interiors. The staff were super helpful, helped us book restaurants etc! The pool is especially beautiful!

I loved everything about this gorgeous house. It was just perfect, so comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, view fantastic, sunny roof terrace and a wine cellar. Best place we stayed in on our road trip through Italy.

Exceptional stay at Podere Albarello. Apartmant was very spacious, clean and decorated with care. The surrounding of the house is a perfect coutryside - meadow, trees and domestic animals. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone who likes countryside and hopefully we will visit this place again.
