Accommodations in Bishkek

The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. She would go extra miles to help me even on non-hostel stuffs such as online payment on the tour that requires a Kyrgyz bank account. The weekend event was great to meet other hostels and connect with them. The focus room in the form of a yurt provides the personal space for the meeting and call and is cozy.

Novotel is very modern! When I'm in a new place, whether I like it or not sometimes there's a culture shock. It can disorient me, and to put things in perspective Novotel introduces that familiarity.

Well above my expectations, considering the price I had to pay. Clean and comfortable hotel, rooms, restaurant, bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to central area.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. We had booked two suites with lounge access. The suites were big and we had the club lounge to our selves as there weren’t many other guests. The service was excellent and the staff where very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The best part was that it was connected to the shopping mall, so it was very convenient. We surely felt very comfortable that the place felt like our own home. This is surely the best 5 star hotel in Bishkek, and would highly recommend anyone visiting Bishkek to visit this hotel. If we ever return to Bishkek, we will definitely return back to the Sheraton.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and it was quite good.

If i have more than 10 i can give to this great hostel who got it right at everything I stayed in fouble room and it was amazing , the vibes of the hostel is great ans they have adorable cat which is pregnant 🩷 The girl at reception is nice and helpful

great hotel in central location. staff was very responsive and fast in addressing all your needs and fixing problems. not all spoke good english but were very fast in translating from russian with google translate

The only upside is the location. Walkable distance to all the places one might want to explore in Bishkek, which are not plentiful. Probably possible to park a car, but I am not really sure about that at all.
