The location was beautiful and there were many activities that you could do around the area. Staying in the yurt was amazing, it was beautifully decorated and was such a cool experience!

The staff were polite and helpful and generally quite accommodative. I had negative apprehensions given the earlier reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The resort is quite accessible by Yandex if you arrive in daytime, otherwise you need to reach out to the resort to make taxi bookings. The facilities are good, very good weather, good amenities and overall a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also very good.

Everything is worth liking if you love nature. Everything has been so carefully curated to ensure that you will love each moment of your stay. Restaurants are much better than one would expect.

The location is great for some Rest & Relaxation activities. The Tree House experience is amazing. The place is also great for families with kids. We stayed a night in one of the tree houses for the experience, and one night in their cottage room.

I liked the location , the snowy mountains , the ski slopes and everything around was close . For the horse riding and moon bike rental you have to go down with the shuttle bus which is every hour. The staff at reception are very helpful. We stayed in a Kurt was very nice experience it was spacious and very traditional

This tradicional Kazakh tent is special, it was very warm and nice decorated. It is on the ski slope and nice for stay a day or two.
