Accommodations in Tulum

Great comfort, very nice staff. If you have a car it is excellent location to see most of actractions of Yukatan. We will surely come back.

Hot American breakfast was served with a good service. Staff was extremely helpful and rooms were spacious.

Property is nice, you can have full natural experience and connect with nature. There are many activities included, such as Yoga and some other classes.

The location is right on the beach ! Loved it, the food is tasty at both restaurants hotel has. Best part, they upgraded my room to the next to the sea one, without any cost once arrived. Very nice service. Would definitely comeback!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The Hotel in General was excellent!

Everything was great and above all the staff. The receptionist, the barman at the rooftop, the waitress at rte restaurant, every perosj that we spoke to was simply great. Amazing hospitality, we felt right at home. The rooms and facilities are exactly like in the pictures, there is free indoor parkıng, so your car is safe, and it's within walking distance from the bars and restaurants in tulum village (not the Tulum playa). There are 2 swimming pools, one at the ground floor and one on the rooftop Great stay!

The Wifi works great, I had to work some days during my holidays and I was able to take calls and work very good, Its a very reliable wifi. The room is great, very confortable, had everything you need, shampoo, soap, lotion, mosquito repelent lotion, AC, pool towels, coffee machine, fridge and even drinkable water in the hallway. Really great place, the location was perfect, wakable distance to many restaurants, we were able to park right infront of the house outside every time. The pool and the garden is very cute. We really enjoyed out stay.

Great place was off season so paid 65 cad dollars for a beautiful large room with cold pool.and washing machine. Great nice modern place.

Location right in the city center

This place was great, a very good pet friendly hotel near the city center. The staff was super friendly, they helped us out on questions on going around the city. The room had a little private outside place with a hammock. We had a great adventure staying in this place. Very recommended.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, only 5 mins walk from the ADO bus station, 5 mins to walk to the Main Street, the little cafe that’s located inside was wonderful with a delicious breakfast and coffee. I had the penthouse with the little balcony which I loved. Bed was very comfortable. Its a beautiful setting inside the hotel with birds singing and it felt very peaceful. Secure, clean, and comfortable. Oh, and the manager, I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he was wonderful! I’d highly recommend this place. 10/10!
