Beautiful hill top property with stunning views and peaceful atmosphere - perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. We love our stay to this charming place and the location is serene with breathtaking views. Big kudos to the owners vey nice and sweet couple .

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ubucuti! The accommodations were immaculate and offered a stunning view of Lake Kivu. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Savine and the manager, Jean Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room package also included access to a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, and a car cleaning service for guests who drove themselves. They are also available to help organize various activities, including boat rides and jet skiing. I highly recommend Ubucuti for anyone looking for a peaceful and private place to unwind and rejuvenate

The room and the environment is always clean. The manager, Gilbert is very kind and receptive.

The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.

A very good breakfast for sure, and the hotel is located in quite and calm location near the lake kivu (only 5 minutes by walking)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I made a reservation and even contacted them on the 3rd to confirm my check-in on the 4th. They sent me an email confirming my booking, so I expected everything to be ready. However, when I arrived on the night of the 4th, they told me that I had no reservation at all. To make it worse, I later found out that they had already given the same apartment to other people. This is completely unprofessional and shows very poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their communication is unreliable, and they do not respect confirmed bookings.
