This is one of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. Staff were super friendly and the place was super clean despite being on a farm. So much to learn and so many fun things to do on the farm like feeding the cows. They give a free tour around the property which was so fun.

The hostel is great value! The room was comfortable and clean. The hostel is cozy and has a lot of areas to relax in. Awesome there is a restaurant on site. Staff were super kind! Bonus that there were cats there and beer was cheap! I’d def recommend if you’re staying in Arusha!

I stayed at Mazzola for 4 nights with my 8-year-old daughter. It was a lovely place with a spacious living room & dining room and well-equipped kitchen with basic food supplies in stock. A short 15-minute tuktuk ride to town and you can easily use Bolt to get around. The host, mr. Innocent, was always on standby to help us with literally anything we needed, from arranging tours to national parks at fair prices to recommending places to eat or visit in Arusha town. He has gone beyond and above to make our trip to Arusha as fun and meaningful as possible. His professionalism and genuine care for the guests truely shone through, and thanks to him, our trip to Arusha will remain as one of the most memorable trips in TZ.

The property is very nicely maintained, clean, and feels safe and secure. We had a great time for 1 night.Dee is such a wonderful host who was always around to see how things were going, provide tips on things to do in the area, and she and her staff provided great breakfasts and dinner for us. We felt right at home. It was a nice place to meet other travellers as well, as you have the options to eat breakfast with other guests each morning. Dee also had a reliable tuk-tuk driver who we got the contact for who could pick us up and bring us back from town any time on demand. We will stay again next time we are in Arusha - Tanzania.
