Very beautiful rooms, food was good and the staffs were very nice.

This stay was exceptional. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. An, Mr. Dzung, and all the staff at Mường Thanh Hotel for their incredible kindness and hospitality. I booked a room to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary, and when they learned that my father is battling cancer, they went above and beyond — offering words of encouragement, a complimentary room upgrade, and emotional support when he needed it most. The room was super spacious with a beautiful view, which made the stay even more comfortable. Thanks to their warmth and care, my dad felt much more at ease, starting his new journey with a more welcoming mind and a positive spirit. We are truly grateful for everything they've done.

Language is the issue. No one is speaking in English

I checked in during a rainy afternoon in Hanoi, slightly stressed because my luggage had been delayed. The receptionist noticed immediately and reassured me they could help if needed. That small moment changed everything. The room was warm, well-lit, and honestly a relief after a long day. I spent the evening just resting, watching the city lights through the window. The next morning, I explored nearby cafés — everything was within walking distance, which made the stay feel effortless. One minor hiccup: the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, but the staff handled the flow quite well. Overall, it felt like a place that understands travelers — not perfect, but thoughtfully run.

Beds were very comfortable! Staff let us store our backpacks there for the day while we walked around also!
