AustraliaThis newly renovated hotel is a gem - primarily because the staff are first class! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist. We had a minor issue with our fridge, and the staff went above and beyond, offering us an upgrade and bending over backwards to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was first-rate. Loved the onesie and slippers in the room, and the 9th-floor suite was stunning. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back!

The ability to cook a simple meal for myself and have all the necessary equipment was very much appreciated. Small mix up when I arrived was quickly sorted out. I found you were a great host with a comfortable room available and a good breakfast.
I think a 7 is a great number and that people would happily continue to enquire into your rooms for short term stays with that honestly.
I highly recommend you as a host and your accommodation for short term stays and for convenience of location. I would definitely book with you again if I needed to be in the area.

The team at Ritz Carlton Perth and the Club Lounge never fail to let me down. Hands down the best staycation accomodation in Perth by an absolute country mile. I would like to raise a special shoutout to Pei Wen and Charlie from the Club Lounge team who went way over and above to make sure that my surprise proposal went off without a hitch. Very special staff!

This accommodation has a great central location, just a short walk from one of the main streets of Freo but far enough away to still be quiet on a night. It was super easy to check in which was all contactless. The office isn’t open after 2pm but the manager answered our call straight away when we had a query. The room was clean and spacious with some nice touches and amenities to make the stay more comfortable. The hot outdoor shower was an unexpected delight, especially in winter!

Well located - easy access around city by public transport. Clean, modern, comfortable room. Little touches not found at other hotels at this price point such as initial complimentary water bottles and free water refill on n the lobby, kids stay free and eat free during school holidays, Nespresso pod machine in room. Staff were attentive. Ivy and Bean was a nice setting to have breakfast and dinner at.

We love everything about this place. The staff were so helpful in anything that we asked for. The room is spacious with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic since it is very near to eateries, supermarkets and jetty for ferry to the city. Importantly the view, my oh my, it is one of the main reasons to stay in this accommodation. It makes morning and evening walks so memorable.
