Quiet, great location, really good options for breakfast, fruit, water, coffee, tea and snacks available all day/night, comfortable bed, good tv, clean and nice room, and most of all the staff were all helpful and kind!!! SingaporeHighly recommend this hotel, rooms were a good sized, we opt for the premium room. Interior was new and nicely decorated. For families, you'd love that they have a kids club- which was well maintained and HUGE. Service was lovely, they allowed a late check out and very kindly helped us with a car transfer to the hotel. Only did 1 night in this hotel, but would love to return!

AustraliaThis was a little oasis on our busy holiday. To come home and just relax by the pool was simply beautiful. Less the 10mins from the airport but we hardly heard a thing. The staff were very attentive and helped us with anything we needed and the rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Great accomodation for our family (2 adults+2 child). Host is very nice and helpful, room not too big but ok for us and 2 night stay. Wonderful breakfast, also for my two kids. They can lend you bycicle and umbrella if you need. Not in the centre but only 10 minutes far using grab

Warm welcoming reception from friendly staff.
Outstanding breakfast. Best we had from any accommodation in Thailand.
Good location, not far from the walking street.
Particularly comfortable private bungalow. Lots of space including a large mini fridge and a large area to hang clothes. Big bottles of water and towels provided daily. Lovely smelling body wash provided.
Included outdoor seating and a hammock to lounge in with bug spray and a mosquito coil to keep them away. We decided to stay an extra night

A very functional hotel in a good location. Didn't really like the style of the rooms, not my taste. Very minimal and reminded me a bit of an IKEA showroom. It must have been school holidays when I was there as there were loads of families with kids staying. Pool small so felt crowded even with very few people there.... and a lot of unsupervised noisy kids which didn't make for a relaxing time around the pool.

The hotel provided very nice accommodations and is located in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai. It's quite a walk to the old town, but grab is cheap and easy to use. Nimman has a selection of restaurants nearby, but is a bit limited. The big night market in the square used to be on Sat and Sun. Now only Sun.

This was my third stay at the Lee Chiang Hotel, after visits in 2022 and 2023. It's an ideal small hotel. The location is great, the staff are kind, and the owner is excellent company and unfailingly helpful. The breakfast is good, and the hotel is very comfortable. I was there for a mixture of work and vacation - it suited both purposes very well. I'm looking forward to being back, either later this year or early next!

BAD BAD BAD! We arrived late from a flight and we let the property know this, however when we arrived, both very tired, there was no one at the reception to check us in!
The phone numbers provided didn’t work and we had to find emergency accommodation with little notice. I messaged the property again to no response!
I am very disappointed with this and I am going to take this further with booking.com!
Do not stay at this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a room with private balcony, air con and a bath on the top/4th floor and had a lovely view of the mountains over the top of the buildings of the town. It's not super fancy/luxury style, but more cosy and homely just as we like it . All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and in a fantastic central location. Good value for money.

Mind is such a kind and welcoming host. She runs the home stay and a great restaurant out front. The room was exceptional. It's brand new and perfectly decorated. New bed, blankets, bathroom, furniture... You can tell she put thought into everything. There aren't many reviews because they are a new property, but don't hesitate to book. Excellent value, location, accommodations, and host. I'll be back.
