So close to the town centre but yet so affordable. I've stayed here twice now and it's my go-to accommodation in Moruya when I'm staying there overnight. I definitely feel safer there than at other accommodation options I've tried before in Moruya.

As was only there for a family funeral it was only an...

As was only there for a family funeral it was only an overnight stay didn’t really get the feel of what a longer stay would have been like but I would stay there again. It is a beautiful small beachside place but not sure of what amenities are available for eg. a weeks stay. Takeaway ordered online from Smokey Dan’s was nice only thing they have no delivery but pick up drive only 7 minutes.

The comfort of our residence was a major factor.

The comfort of our residence was a major factor. Moruya has all that’s needed from a country town, rivers, lakes, and beaches, bush, banks, supermarkets, shops, bakers, butchers and candle stick makers. Clubs and Pubs, and the locals are the best! The proximity to many towns filled our days with excitement, like Mogo, Tuross, Bodalla, Narooma, “TILBA”, the forest, and Bermagui to mention a few. Did I mention TILBA?

Great little town, not too crowded, with just the right...

Great little town, not too crowded, with just the right amount of facilities. Eg beaches close by, IGA, takeaway shop, small golf course, Petrol station, seafood shop, and the best of all the Tomakin sports club. Great club with great food and good area for kids to play.

Fantastic accommodation. The host, Belinda, was excellent.

Fantastic accommodation. The host, Belinda, was excellent. We took our two dogs. It also had a great kitchen and bathroom. Nighttime was so peaceful. We loved our stay. I highly recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you, Belinda, for making us feel so welcome.

It really is Lilli Pilli Beach area.

It really is Lilli Pilli Beach area. Ideal central location to a number of super Beaches - if you wanted to be closer to Batemans Bay you need transport here. The location of this property is sensational, and whilst the property is getting older it could do with some "TLC" and it would be AAA1! Food facility "Three66" walking distant and Malua Bay 2 minutes drive with great Chinese and Fish/Pizza etc

We loved how close we were to family who were also staying...

We loved how close we were to family who were also staying in the area. We loved that we could sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim in the morning. We loved how clean and tidy everything was. It was like a home away from home!

We didn't swim at this beach. Had two swims, both at Surf Beach. But two days were wet weather. We would have been tempted to try out Sunshine Bay, would be great for swimming. Lovely beach quite idyllic.

Comfortable and clean accommodation with fantastic views. Great walks and views. Fab coffee and meals close by. Seven day supermarket a bonus. Great for birdwatching. Would like to live there! Next time will take my kayak.

A quieter location than in the heart of Batemans Bay and...

A quieter location than in the heart of Batemans Bay and closer to the beach with a safer swimming area. Many food outlets and shops in Batehaven and only five minutes from centre of Batemans Bay by either bus or car. Local clubs also have courtesy buses.

Broulee has developed from a quiet sleepy getaway just a short drive from amenities at Moruya or Batemans Bay to a quiet getaway with all the amenities included. The Brew House provides a lovely setting for an evening drink and meal. The Train Street shops near the schools now has a small supermarket and bottle shop as well as an outpost of The Mossy coffee shop. Beach walks, star gazing and swimming at North Broulee remain attractions while South Broulee and Tomakin beaches offer more waves for those interested.
