So close to the town centre but yet so affordable. I've stayed here twice now and it's my go-to accommodation in Moruya when I'm staying there overnight. I definitely feel safer there than at other accommodation options I've tried before in Moruya.

The comfort of our residence was a major factor.

The comfort of our residence was a major factor. Moruya has all that’s needed from a country town, rivers, lakes, and beaches, bush, banks, supermarkets, shops, bakers, butchers and candle stick makers. Clubs and Pubs, and the locals are the best! The proximity to many towns filled our days with excitement, like Mogo, Tuross, Bodalla, Narooma, “TILBA”, the forest, and Bermagui to mention a few. Did I mention TILBA?

This is extremely basic accommodation for the price, the blankets need laundering and the tiny sink( no toilet or bathroom, not mentioned in ad) Very tiny space, no one here at premises on Sunday afternoon and strange Man kept knocking my door asking for toilet roll, scary, glad there was a chain on the door. Pity, this is 3 rd generation owned premises, it needs a severe update, especially bed linen, towels ect

Moruya and Broulee are beautiful.

Moruya and Broulee are beautiful. Quiet and all shops one needs. Close to major area (Batemans Bay) but far enough to feel relaxed. Bike riding, fishing and boating great for families. Seabird apartments just need a bit more thought into travellers needs and it could be one of Moruya's best.

It is a pretty town, not far from Bateman's Bay.

It is a pretty town, not far from Bateman's Bay. The river is lovely, & there are plenty of green spòts to unwind There are pubs in which to have dinner, cafes & restaurnts. We had a good look at the Eurobodalla Agriculural Show, 5 minutes walk from our motel.

We have stayed previously in river front rooms which were basic but fine. However the room they offered us was far below any accommodation I have stayed in,. We stay in many basic hotel in China but never as bad as this room. They have also invoiced us for the $ 160 which has already been paid

Moruya is a great staging point for adventures in the local...

Moruya is a great staging point for adventures in the local area. It has two major supermarkets which will stock most of what you need. There a couple of restaurants, or you can try the pub fare which is also great value for money (portion sizes are large), but get in early on a weekend as the venues pack out after 6pm. Head to the Quantum Brewery, about 1km to the west of the main street, to try some great local beers in what used to be the Moruya cheese factory. Drive 10 minutes east to Moruya Heads for a breathtaking view of the bay looking North to Broulee. Alternatively, drive 10 mins out toward Moruya airport where a walk along the breakwater will provide with a different, but equally gorgeous, perspective.

The hotel was in good location with some facility for family outside including the bbq area. We arrived after 6 pm and wanted to have some dinner outside near pool area where the security came to warn us for not being noisy not in a friendly way, whereas there was still not 8 pm! We understand being in public place should consider others but receiving warning not in a kind and friendly way, is not expected.

Very nice property with large rooms & balcony with great views. Safe stay & super quiet and calm. Great for solo travelers too. It’s only 5 minutes away from the Moruya town where you get everything you’d basically need.
