Very convenient location for our purpose of travel. We had the 3-bed unit which has no lounge area, but this wasn't an issue for us. Rooms were warm and beds very comfy. Bathroom dated but large and very clean so again no issue. Parking right at door. Great pub for dinner. Reception staff very helpful and happily booked table for dinner for us, definitely stay again.

Friendly with excellent communication. Both the main bedroom and the open plan second bed / living area had space for our portable cot. Susie offered to move furnishings before we arrived, but we didn't need to!
Lovely for an overnight stay, and I would be happy to return for a longer stay if needed. The apartment had a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and full size fridge. The bathroom had a sink where we could bath the baby too.

Great room and the lady gave us a larger room to cater for my mobility with a walker. Easy and quick access to Toowoomba hospital with our being in town or in a noisy area.
Conveniently located just minutes from the Clifford Park Racecourse, Clifford Gardens Shopping Center, Toowoomba Showground and Equestrian Center, and Wellcamp Airport, this four-star Toowoomba motel...

I was in Toowoomba to attend a wedding. When the prearranged taxi did not arrive the owners stepped in to ensure that I did not miss the wedding. Their empathy and assistance was truly gratifying. I have never experienced such generosity in any of my previous travels.
As an aside, to have covered car accommodation in Qld is a bonus given the storm season and the risk of hail damage to vehicles.

Our booking was a late choice on a weekend that was heavily booked for the area. Our original booking had not been notified we needed a ground floor apartment so we had to cancel it. Toowoomba Hospital Apartments was expensive for what we got..It was old and had limited hot water. At $190 for the night I felt it was too expensive for what we got.. In its defence it was clean and we were notified how to access key from the safe.

We visit T'ba most years, usually for a few days and it never disappoints. It is beautiful to just drive around the streets of the CBD and also explore the old houses and/or the suburbs. The trees and parks are always a wonderful boon.

The shower in the ablutions block was a bit low in height for someone as tall as me, but it certainly had the pressure they warn you about and was hot! I don't need air cond in Toowoomba's climate, some might find that trying- I'd recommend seeing if there were classier cabins there if you need this facility. Some of the doors in the budget room were a tad outdated and stuck a bit, but, hey, at $100 a night, you can't be too picky. Look, the product is as advertised; a budget room; and f thats your expectation, it ticks many boxes other in this bracket don't.

Kay was a friendly, welcoming host.
Kay was a friendly, welcoming host. The 2 bedroom accom. was perfect for our group of 3 with plenty of space and it was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for 2 nights. The continental and cooked breakfasts were great and the location was perfect for visiting family near Meringandan. We would happily stay here again!

Love visiting my home town
Love visiting my home town
Traffic, esp around cbd wasn't the best
Pity I timed recent visit with inclement weather (though reminded me of my childhood 😊)
Otherwise highly recommend
Esp - Queens Park, Picnic Point (though, sadly, don't recommend cafe there), Mt Kynoch (for a fantastic view over city)
Just driving around & taking in the uniquely beautiful tree lines streets & homes (esp as places like nearby Brisbane tearing so many of these types of homes down)
If can afford (& like crowds & activities) a visit during Carnival of Flowers in September a must - otherwise just before or after a cheaper way to enjoy the beautiful gardens etc
Plenty of buildings & lane ways around cbd filled with interesting murals
Cafes near Queens Park offer gluten free options, as does Gluten free cafe near corner Margaret & Ruthvern Sts (on side of old Bailey's building)
Otherwise finding a decent gluten free meal (without going to a restaurant) for an evening meal is difficult

For the price it was not good value.
For the price it was not good value.
It was not very clean and smelt like dog.
It was showing its age and needing repairs.
No cancellation policy, no refunds is a total rip off.
If you cancel they keep your whole booking cost and then book it again. Double dipping. Not right.
If you cannot get there, Request a refund and if they say no, ask for a change of date, don’t cancel. Just do a no show. Leave it sit empty.
It was a quiet location, that’s the only positive.
