Honestly, this Villa was perfect for my family. The location had great security, there were different shops and restaurants available within the compound, and our host was very attentive! We are definitely going to stay in this villa again for our next trip to Egypt!

The property is fully renovated. All beds, sofas, pillows, bed sheets, and towels are very clean. The home and kitchen appliances and the air-conditioners are working in an excellent condition. The house has a beautiful garden where the family enjoyed great outdoor time.
The location of the property is in the center of Sheikh Zayed city. A big shopping mall is few steps away from the property where many restaurants, stores, supermarkets and ATM machines are available until mid-night.

I had an amazing stay at Seven Stays Cairo and truly felt at home.
Shahed at the reception was super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. Amira took great care of our room and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Omar and علوي always greeted us with the warmest smiles, which brightened our mornings every day.
Our breakfast experience was excellent—super delicious and fresh. A big thank you to Aya and Huda for their kindness and great service.
Overall, Seven Stays exceeded my expectations with their hospitality, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa 14. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-prepared, making it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend Villa 14 and would love to return.
I dont recommend at all, the whole area was dusty, there doga barking whole night and since the facility is not sound proof i couldnt slipped.
I dont recommend

Sheikh Zayed is a quiet, safe and relaxing area with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants, making it an excellent base for visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids. The only downside is that it’s noticeably more expensive than many other parts of Cairo, but the comfort and convenience make it worthwhile.

We stayed at the Movenpick 6th October hotel which we always come back to the Movenpick every time we visit Cairo. Great location, easy to get around Cairo by car/Uber, and not far from the pyramids of Giza, the new Grand Museum, Sheikh Zayed area and is opposite the Mall of Egypt. Lots of options for hotels to stay in and other shopping malls, restaurants and cafes close by.
The only downfall of the area is that there aren’t really much options for public transport, I.e. buses or Metro. Although, there is a new metro extension being built that is coming to the Haram area, but I’m not sure if that also extends to 6th October and Sheikh Zayed.

The host did not respond to me, and never sent the address of the twin house accommodation, so we ended up paying money for nothing, it was really annoying and frustrating, especially because i was with my elderly parents, and one of them is in wheelchair. Honestly, it was one of the worst days I have ever had in twin house hosting.

Sheikh Zayed is very well‑planned compared to many parts of Greater Cairo: the layout, infrastructure, roads and green spaces are all designed for modern living. Wide range of stays and the traffic is OK.A quieter, more relaxed environment compared to central Cairo: less dense traffic (depending on where you live), more green space, more “suburban” feel Sheikh Zayed is a strong choice if you’re seeking modern comfortable living rather than the hustle and historic fabric of central Cairo. It trades a bit of city‑buzz for space, calm and better amenities. If you’re okay with the commute (or your daily needs are local) then it’s a strong pick. it just lacks the cultural real egyptian spirit. Arkan is always my spot
