Really nice hotel. I loved seeing the pyramids from the rooftop cafe and breakfast area. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Reminded me of a nice hotel in the USA. The location is great, the new Grand Egyptian Museum and the Great Pyramids are about 5 minutes away.

The property is relatively new, so the room was very clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was decent, though it slowed down considerably when many people were using it. The breakfast was the same every day, but it wasn’t bad. Located in a side alley slightly away from the pyramid entrance, it is relatively quiet. However, there is no soundproofing inside the building, so it was fairly peaceful only when in-house people were quiet

Lovely small hotel. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were of good quality and plentiful. We didn't use the garden and pool but we had a lovely view of it from our balcony. It was easy to get Ubers to the Pyramids and Museum.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the Pyramids. They arranged a smooth airport pickup. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was excellent and served in the room. The mattress still had a plastic cover, which was a bit noisy but not bothersome to me. The staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed and Mohammad. They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested a room with a view of the Pyramids, and they promptly moved me to one. The hotel also has a beautiful front yard, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The papyrus store below the hotel is amazing. Amireh showed me how the papyrus papers are made and answered my questions with great patience.

Very local area. A lot of things open 24/7. Such beautiful area. Pretty busy area but everything in the area of the hotel. Very very close short trip to the pyramids. Make sure you have local currency because not everyone takes tap pay or car in the area

Giza is incredible, for the Pyramids and the new Museum which even just architecturally is on a par with any great museum in the world. The traffic is chaotic, and it is very difficult to walk around the city so a good taxi app is essential. Taxis are super cheap and you can cross from the West of Giza to the East of Cairo for about 3-5£. Be prepared to be accosted at every tourist site by pedlars, guides, taxi drivers, camel herders etc., and be prepared to be courteous but firm. If you are nervous around dogs be warned that across Egypt there are many, many stray dogs and these are on pretty much every street. Had no issues with aggressive dogs but best to be cautious. Obviously visit the Citadel with its mosques which range from 13th - 19th centuries. If you do go, remember that for men and particularly women if you wear shorts or t-shirt and have exposed skin you will not be granted entry. And, if you are on a romantic break remember that physical signs of affection, kissing and hugging, are likely to cause offence. And, definitely take a trip to the dessert, Wadi al Hitan is a good bet. With a good guide you can have some dune driving and see some less obviously tourist parts of the desert. If you go via Tunis you can stop off at the many local potteries in the town, which have been making ceramics for centuries. We travelled with our 5 year old, which for the most part was fine, but there is quite a lot of walking involved and some areas, like the old town (through Bab El Nasr gate etc) I would absolutely avoid with children. It is beyond chaos and you'll be trying to find a way out before long.

Well I guess is either or, and I mean I was close to the pyramids, but far from the new Cairo and so you need to get a taxi or a tour to be able to visit most of the sites that Cairo has to offer, and also a good thing you are not so far from the new Museum, whish I believe is the biggest museum in the world, so enjoy it

My first visit to Giza was truly unforgettable. Seeing the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx in person is an experience that pictures simply cannot capture. The scale, history, and atmosphere of the Giza Plateau are absolutely awe-inspiring — it feels like stepping back thousands of years into one of the world’s most iconic ancient civilizations.

We loved it...stayed just three days and went to the GEM and the Pyramids plateau. We went to the Mall of Cairo on the third day. Traveling around Giza is easy...just call an UBER, they are cheaper than the Taxis and of course are reputable. Enjoy your trip. We're going back again to do some more reaming and searching.

The location of the hostel was perfect!

The location of the hostel was perfect! Best rooftop in the city! I loved sitting watching the activity at the pyramids. The staff was wonderful too. Giza is a busy place with animals all around which I loved, but not the piles of garbage which I didn't like. People were nice and not as pushy as I was warned. I'd go back there.
