So we booked a room with terrace, garden facing. Upon arrival, the owner said that particular room was occupied by his mother of over a month and we had to adjust in a smaller room with no view, windows or ventilation. The room's water heater wasnt connected to shower, the room had stuffy smell. We ordered food for 3 of us and all 3 of us found strands of hair in our food. When we showed it to the owner, he said these could be your own hair fallen in food. The owner is a cheat!!! Booking.com needs to part ways with this guy or their reliability is at risk.

The staff was super friendly, our room was very comfortable and the bed was the best we had in weeks. We also had the room service food which was super yummy! If you need to stay close to the airport, this is the place.
Good value for money for me and my motor-cycling partner. We were given 2 separate rooms when the room that we booked for was unavailable. Good gesture, and I appreciate it. Good distance from the main road, so it was peaceful.

Bagdogra Airport is a small airport set under 6 miles (9 kilometres) from the city of Siliguri, but it’s the main hub for reaching Darjeeling (40 miles/65 kilometres away) and Jalpaiguri (30 miles/48 kilometres away). There’s a pre-paid taxi booth in the airport and it’s best to arrange this beforehand, rather than negotiate a price with a driver. A taxi to Darjeeling will cost around INR 700–850, while a journey to Siliguri will cost about INR 225.

Going back to a place where I was born and where I studied my 9 , 10 , 11 and 12 standard, the peak days of my life , well it was a reunion of my class and this place even though has completely changed in the last 20 years , stil has the nostalgia and probably I would not be able to put it in words

Siliguri is gateway to visit Darjeeling, Sikkim, Bhutan, Mirik, Kalimpong and Duars. I like this city mainly for my childhood, it is my birthplace and also here I completed my education. After 26 years this was my visit to Siliguri.

Very neat and clean food is good but in less quantity according to price is much expensive. Lift room swimming pool and moving area excellent restaurant good. Staff was very aware to host guest. Finally it was nice stay.

I stayed overnight in Siliguri to avoid the risk of travelling from Gangtok the next day at 4 am, and possibly missing the flight, even though Wizzride assured me that their vehicles would reach Bagdogra airport in 4.5 hours from Gangtok.
