Staff Behavior, Prompt Service, Over all clean and cozy room. The restaurant is well decorated. As an interior designer appreciating the styling and decor. Most importantly we are very happy with the service and cooperation of Mr. Dutta.(At reception). will surely visit again.

This is my 2nd time visiting the hotel. The staffs in reception and the one who helped me with luggage were very professional. Location is amazing as it is just few mins to Vega mall. I had some request and staffs in reception made it quick response to it.

The hotel room was okay and the staff who helped us carry luggage and room service were helpful.

Though totally renovated, still has feel of a heritage property. Spacious comfy rooms, friendly attentive staff. Good food od and nice swimming pool. A good place to chill before and after Darjeeling excursions.

The staff was helpful. Nice location. Clean rooms and the washroom. At this price, overall, everything is OK.
